About Me
Hello! Thanks for finding your way to my little corner of the busy internet.
About me
I am a content creator, financial educator, public speaker, presenter and adventure seeker.
Behind all that, I’m Zoë, based mostly in London, and I’m lucky to say that my main line of work is something I feel very strongly about: closing the gender wealth gap
As a former Financial Adviser (US & UK qualified), I have a solid understanding of investments and finances. But something wasn’t quite right, I felt like I was simply making the rich richer. So I decided to set about democratising that, and making it easier for women particularly to understand how to invest.
I currently work in the day at the award winning startup Female Invest as the in house financial content specialist. My work involves broadcasting regular market news updates, creating and presenting regular live educational webinars and writing and producing written content for members and social media advertising.
I have given financial education workshops for many global multinationals, including Nasdaq, Snapchat, Orsted, Deloitte and Kayak. I have also worked as a freelance writer, brand and cultural consultant for fintech and investment companies.
If you’re here, you might be interested in my sporadic column, dilemmas of a zillennial. These will mostly focus on money issues, but there might also be a few others that are faced by zillenials (hint: you have to read to find out what that actually is!).
My love of adventure also led to me start a blog about all things getting outdoors, which includes sporadic contributions on hiking, climbing and life musings from myself and fellow adventure lover and blog partner Emily. If you want to know more about it, check it out at on the doorstep.
If you’re still reading and something has suitably piqued your interest, feel free to reach out- I’m a coffee lover and it’s always great to meet new and interesting humans.
